The Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Wildlife Resources Division (WRD) has scheduled eight public meetings throughout the state that will give sportsmen and women an opportunity to discuss and make suggestions for changes in the hunting regulations for the 2001-2002 and 2002-2003 hunting seasons.
Hunters are strongly encouraged to attend one of the public meetings to provide input on Georgia^s game management programs and changes in the regulations. WRD Game Management Personnel will attend these meetings to give hunters the opportunity to ask questions, discuss their concerns about hunting and make suggestions for possible changes in the regulations.

Hunters who are not able to attend one of these meetings can submit comments in writing to the Wildlife Resources Division, Game Management Section, 2070 Highway 278, S.E., Social Circle, Georgia 30025. WRD will conduct these meetings in facilities that are physically accessible to people with disabilities. Requests for sign language interpretation or other auxiliary aids should be directed to the address listed above at least one week prior to the meeting.
